Designing and software developing of control systems
Offer of the DMAS dept. (Designing, Measuring and Automation Systems) includes complex services concerning designing of documentation for any layer of the complete structure of control systems as well as the expertise and the author’s supervision.
AMEplus offers an implementation of projects in all phases of any project process:
- Developing user needs specification, selection of test and measuring and automation devices – (AKP), preparing the equipment and material specification and cost calculation.
- Specifying of user requirements definition, selection of measuring and automation devices, preparing the equipment specification, bill of material and cost calculation.
- Preparing project documentation for the power supply switching stations, electric installation, cable routes and control panels, computer and object-oriented nets. The project documentation of electric installations is made in an environment of the program package EPLAN.
- Drawing up a functional structure of the control system, execution of the project configuration and programming of controller, computer and data-base systems.
The range of activities also includes technical advising and preproject studies, among others, technical and economic analysis, listing of costs, a feasibility study.
The project team of AMEplus also realizes complex projects of technological lines and machines in all branches: architecture, building, technology, mechanics, electrics and electronics. Some of that works are realized in co-operation with long-tried subcontractors.
Equipment delivery, assembly and commissioning
The assembly department prefabricates power supply and electric drives switching stations, control panels and elements of computer nets and also carries out an object-oriented assembly of sensors and actuators inclusive cable routes.
