The AMEplus team, counting in 2021 over 50 people, has many years of experience in the field of commissioning automation systems and control systems, mainly in the ore enrichment and copper refining industry and in the automotive industry. The experience and professionalism of AMEplus employees are also used in many other sectors, such as: energy industry, heat treatment processes, production of construction chemicals, hydrotechnical facilities.
2021AMEplus is executing the contract as a Subcontractor in the field of control systems for technological systems at the Fuel Base in Boronów. The investment is an extension of the existing system of product pipelines Płock - Koluszki - Boronów towards the refinery in Trzebinia. Due to the implementation of the installation for the transmission of fuel raw materials and the possibility of increasing the diversification of their supplies, the project is a public-purpose investment of great importance.
2021An external CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) audit was carried out at the AMEplus headquarters at the request of the Volkswagen Group. AMEplus achieved a 96% result in the audit, meeting the requirements considered as the basis for successful business relationships of the Volkswagen Group with its partners. The basis for the audit was the Code of Ethics for business partners, prepared by the Volkswagen Group. The on-site inspection is one part of the S-Rating, which is a sustainability assessment, assigned to partners of the VW group.
2020The EIT RawMaterials organization was established and is financed by the European Institute of Innovation and Technology, currently being the largest consortium of the mineral resources sector in the world. It brings together over 120 main and associate partners and over 180 project partners representing leading industries, the university community and research institutions from over 20 EU countries.
2019AMEplus is one of the six partners participating in the project "Operation monitoring of mineral crushing machinery" implemented as part of the project of the European Institute of Innovation and Technology EIT RawMaterials. The leader of the project is Tampere University of Technology from Finland, and the remaining units representing the research branch in the consortium are Wrocław University of Technology and KGHM Cuprum sp.z o.o. The industry branch is made up of KGHM P.M. S.A., bringing the experience and resources of the end customer, Metso Minerals Oy, as a supplier of machinery and technology, and AMEplus Sp. z o.o., as a producer and integrator of control and measurement systems.
2018AMEplus is launching an innovative control system for the maintenance station for closed body profiles at the ŠKODA plant in Mlada Boleslav (CZ). In the process, the car bodies are first heated in a furnace, transported to the station, where liquid hot wax is applied through nozzles to the closed profiles. The excess material enters the collecting bin, from where it can be reused. After cooling, a thin protective layer of hardened wax remains on the car body. In 2019 a similar control system is implemented at VW Poznań plants.
2018At AUTOMATICON 2017 trade fair AMEplus presents the SYSMEL electromagnetic mill, which is the result of R&D co-financed by the National Center for Research and Development. In addition, a great attraction for visitors is the possibility of making a portrait by a robot.
2007In 2015, the volume of orders carried out by AMEplus reached a very high level, which was the basis for granting the prestigious "Golden Partner" award. The AMEplus company also receives this distinction in 2017, 2019, and 2020, and as a Silver Partner it has been awarded four times.
2016AMEplus presents the SYSMEL electromagnetic mill and a solution for a robotic 3D scanning service with an optical scanner, which was developed in cooperation with Evatronix S.A., which creates the Evixscan 3D brand.
2016AMEplus presents a software platform consisting of 3 main systems used at each stage of ore enrichment:
ConVis - belt conveyor monitoring and control system, using a linear laser scanner and a vision camera to measure the operating parameters and condition of the conveyor belt;
MillVis - a system for optimizing the control of the operation of mills based on visual parameters of products and sound and vibration characteristics of the mill;
FloVis -Visual system for optimizing the control of flotation processes.
2015AMEplus in the Applied Research Program competition receives funding for the project: "Mineral raw material grinding system in an electromagnetic mill together with its operation control system, ensuring high technological efficiency and low energy consumption in micro and macro-industrial applications." The project is implemented in cooperation with the following entities: Silesian University of Technology, Faculty of Automatic Control, Electronics and Computer Science; AGH University of Science and Technology, Faculty of Mining and Geoengineering; Production Plant "Eltraf".
2015As part of cooperation with Duerr, AMEPlus develops software in the PACSystems Rx3i and Pilz PNOZMulti (2014) / Pilz PSS4000 (2016) controllers and the Cimplicity visualization system for controlling EMU body cleaning stations. This software is the basis for launching more stations of this type in the coming years.
2014-2016AMEplus participates among almost 40 best Polish integration companies and receives the "Partner of the Year" award from the members of the VIX Automation Management Board. This takes place at an event in Zakopane that brings together automation system integrators, OEMs, and engineering and design companies.
2013In the newly built headquarters, AMEplus has the possibility to implement a long-term development strategy and the related increase in employment. Its usable area is 1200 m2, including 200 m2 of the hall for the production of control cabinets and electrical switchboards. The investment is co-financed by the Silesian Center of Entrepreneurship, in accordance with the approved application: "Expansion of the enterprise in order to introduce to the market improved services for the implementation of control systems with the use of modern systems for collecting measurements and data processing methods".
2013The distinction is awarded in the second edition of the Supreme Technical Organization competition for the implementation of the FloVis system as an innovative solution in the "Mining and metallurgy" category.

The competition committee for the "INNOVATIVE PRODUCT 2012" awarded the Gold Medal for the FloVis system.
2012As part of cooperation with Duerr, AMEplus develops software in the PACSystems Rx3i and Pilz PSS3000 controllers and the Cimplicity visualization system for controlling robotic painting stations with Duerr robots with EcoRPC2 controllers. In the following years, this software is the basis for launching 7 robotic paint stations with robots painting the interior of the car body. In each station, there are up to 8 varnishing robots and up to 10 supporting robots - handlers. As part of cooperation with Duerr, AMEPlus develops software in the PACSystems Rx3i and Pilz PNOZMulti controllers and the Cimplicity visualization system for controlling BlowOff car body blowing stations. This software is the basis for launching more stations of this type in the coming years.
2011-2014AMEplus employs over 30 experienced specialists. Based on the latest technologies and advanced knowledge in the field of system analysis and control optimization, we have completed over 200 projects. Our services are used by nearly 150 companies in Poland and abroad. The product development strategy is supported by investment outlays on research and development.
2011The implementation of the control system for creep tests as well as control, collection, processing and visualization of data ensures the management of long-term creep tests carried out on 80 stations.
2010The SOS-PE system for the Electrotreating Department at the "Legnica" Copper Smelter was implemented as part of a Consortium with the following companies: AUTOMATYKA-MIEDŹ and ELSUR. The design assumptions for the system were developed based on the experience of AMEplus in the implementation of similar systems in the Electrotreating Departments of the Głogów Copper Smelter.
2008The ATS4 system is based on the latest IT technologies with the use of artificial intelligence methods, and thus perfectly fulfills the task of improving the procedures for planning, modifying and sharing timetables. The system was commissioned by the Silesian University of Technology: "Development and implementation of software supporting the arrangement and presentation of the schedule of classes".
2007As part of the cooperation, projects are carried out in Poland and Russia. ELTERMA has extensive experience in the design and delivery of metal heat treatment lines and is one of the largest Polish manufacturers of devices and aggregates for equipping these lines.
2006AMEplus begins the implementation of software projects and commissioning of a robot station in a car body welding shop on behalf of BMW Manufacturing.
2005The control systems of these lines ensure the preparation of multi-component mixtures of construction chemicals according to selected recipes. The RAFIZ company from Wierzbice specializes in the design and construction of technological lines for the production of construction and household chemicals. AMEplus is launching control systems for such lines for a number of investors: ALPOL in Końskie, KREISEL in Ujazd and Będzin, QUICK-MIX in Rawa Mazowiecka, Caparol and plants in Lithuania and Ukraine, Romania, Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan.
2005The ASTKZ system implemented in the hydrotechnical facility of the "Wióry" Water Reservoir in Doły Biskupie in the voivodeship Świętokrzyskie, in cooperation with the "Budokop" Mining Construction Research and Development Center in Mysłowice, is a system for providing access to the collected data from the measurement network of the reservoir and the water dam via an Internet server. In later years, ASTKZ systems are implemented at the hydrotechnical facilities of Hydroelectric Power Plants: Lubachów, Pilchowice and Dychów.
2005After the reconstruction of the building and the adaptation of its surroundings, AMEplus moves to its own premises with a usable area of 550 m2. The company continues its operations in the newly renovated headquarters, in better conditions for office work and the assembly of control cabinets.
2005As part of cooperation with Duerr, AMEplus develops software in the PACSystemsRx7i and Pilz PSS3000 controllers and the Cimplicity visualization system for controlling robotic application stations with Kuka robots as well as with VKRC2 and EcoRPC controllers. In the following years, this software is the basis for launching 8 robotic application stations.
2004-2010AMEplus develops software in the PACSystems Rx7i and Pilz PSS3000 controllers and the Cimplicity visualization system for controlling robotic painting stations with Duerr robots with RC2 controllers. In the following years, this software is the basis for launching 8 robotic painting stations both at Stop & Go stations and during car body movement.
2003-2010AMEplus begins development works on the KIS (Karossen Informations System) for material flow management in the car body paint shop at Skoda Auto Mlada Boleslav. The development and expansion of the system are continued in line with the customer's current needs.
2002-obecnieThe complex and responsible task of commissioning a five-position elevator in the VW Poznań paint shop, commissioned by DUERRPOL, is performed during a three-day production break. This project is the beginning of many years of cooperation with DUERRPOL in the implementation of projects in the AUTOMOTIVE industry.
2002AMEplus carries out a number of projects for Thomson multimedia Piaseczno in the field of CRT lamp production control, including control of the anode fusing machine on the CRT cone line and the RFSK line for removing impurities in the lamps by HV.
2002From the beginning, the company has been implementing projects at the ŠKODA plant in Mlada Boleslav (CZ). These experiences are the basis for the implementation of projects in many other AUTOMOTIVE plants: Volkswagen Poznań, Września, Wolfsburg (DE), Shanghai and Changchun (China), BMW Manufacturing Co. (SC, USA), GM Opel Gliwice, FIAT Tychy, Hyundai Nošovice (CZ), Kia Žilina (SK), Mercedes Escatron (ES).
2002March 24, 2001 The AMEplus company starts operating in rented premises (100m2) in Gliwice at 28 Wieczorka Street (currently Siemińskiego). The equipment includes several desks and 4 laptops purchased on lease. The first projects are carried out at the ŠKODA plants in Kvasiny (CZ) and at RAFAKO in Racibórz.
